JOSH was very friendly. He took care of my storage needs.
I arrived at 6:45 AM to access my second floor space. I unloaded my [heavy] boxes onto the provided dolly. Wheeled to the elevator, and it's not working. Looking for the stairs, so I could see if the door on the second floor was open, it occurred to me that one wouldn't want to be upstairs in case of a fire. Anyway, I loaded my stuff up and need to wait until 9:30 to hopefully speak with a human.
JOSH answered all of my storage questions. He told me the available units, currently, at the property. He processed a payment efficiently. He was very friendly and attentive. Keep up the good work! Enjoy by your day. PEACE
I have been a customer of the Publuc Storage at 60 Route 9 Morganville, NJ for over a year now and I MUST HONESTLY praise the people and service there compared to anywhere else. Especially manager Josh who has been so helpful and unerstanding even compassionate when I was behind in my payment, reminding me with a call BUT being supportive and patient while my funds were scheduled to come in.
