Always clean, easy in & out, friendly and helpful staff. Great security. Highly recommend. Best I’ve ever used in Tennessee.
USE A DIFFERENT LOCATION. Sherry decided to miss her scheduled shift on a day I needed to communicate with the office. I called customer support - she arrived 5 hours late and out of uniform on a monday, she promptly cursed me out and repeatedly slammed a door in my face. There are four other facilities in the area(the other public storage is only 4 minutes away!). Avoid this location
Sherry was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I came in with a bunch of questions, and she took the time to answer every single one of them. The storage facility is also incredibly clean and well-maintained, and you can tell that Sherry takes great pride in taking care of it. Thank you so much, Sherry, for making the whole experience so easy and pleasant!
Customer service great easy access from main street. Always clean
Everything was easy to figure out and a lady helped by showing us how to use our lock and etc. Very nice and clean place as well.
