I recently had to move out of my unit due to moving out of state, and Tamika was incredibly helpful. She explained the move out process through the app, to take the lock / key, etc. She’s the best! I genuinely appreciated her help.

Rented a storage unit yesterday. Tamika at the front desk was very helpful getting me acquainted with the facility, and helping me with a cart to move my things in. She is very pleasant and helpful and made getting my things moved in easy. Thank you Tamika!!
