It would be helpful to explain charges to customers before you hand them a key..,I was charged $58 to move my stuff into a unit. Apparently they failed to explain the fact that there is $8 due so they placed a lien on my unit when it is their awful, really awful customer service that failed me from the beginning. The agent never explained what the charges were for even. I assumed it was a special for March. She asked if I had a lock and when I said no...she hands me one.
