Tom is great at customer service and very helpful. Definitely recommend this facility. Will be definitely coming back for my storage needs here.
A little story about how they don’t care about customer service. Tom at the front is great; however, after 4 years of being a customer the cost had nearly doubled for a 10x15 unit. I asked for a reduction and they gave a 15% discount for 6 months. However, if I transferred units I could save 50%. Same size unit, 50 ft away on the same floor. Only way to save the 50% was to move to an exact same unit. A complete waste of 3 hours on my part when they could have simply re-upped me for the same space. All I can say is if you are... read more
