Tom was especially helpful and very transparent about the cost and tips on how to get the most out of my storage unit. I especially love the security measures in place and they don’t feel like too much to do when accessing the unit.

This used to be a 5 star rating, but that shine is long gone. I have been a customer with public storage for a lot longer than I, or anyone, should be. Public storage is a great option for temporary placement of items, like 6 months or less. Unfortunately, many people like myself get lulled into more long-term situations and end up keeping stuff you'll never use, you don't need, or you think is important only to pay a monthly rate for it to just sit there.
