I just wanted to compliment your facility. It's always kept clean and I appreciate the security that each floor's access. I also want compliment your employee Tom. He was making his rounds when he stopped by to talk to me while I was in my unit. He asked if there were any issues and if there was anything he could help with. His professionalism and personality was notable and should be noted. Thank you!!

Just moved into this PS location. Clean, organized, and easy to use. Tom was incredibly helpful and friendly, walking us through the site to make sure we understood how it all operates and the amenities available to us. Only downside: PS doesn't allow for longer contracts. Payments have to be month to month.

We have rented a storage unit here for the last 4 years and have been happy with the climate controlled and clean environment. The manager, Tom, has made the move out easy and seamless.

I’ve been a customer here for many years, and I probably would have left, but Tom is extremely helpful and provides the best service. He’s always ready to listen and to help, and his sincere attentiveness to customers’ concerns is truly amazing.
