Holly was amazing! She was so helpful and professional. I had just called your customer service and he was not very helpful at all. I was about to cancel my reservation but them I spoke with Holly at your Northgate facility and she turned it around. She was fantastic! I will now recommend that facility.
Tom handled transfer of my unit rental. He was very helpful, courteous and very accommodating. He made the whole process go very smoorhly.

A little story about how they don’t care about customer service. Tom at the front is great; however, after 4 years of being a customer the cost had nearly doubled for a 10x15 unit. I asked for a reduction and they gave a 15% discount for 6 months. However, if I transferred units I could save 50%. Same size unit, 50 ft away on the same floor. Only way to save the 50% was to move to an exact same unit. A complete waste of 3 hours on my part when they could have simply re-upped me for the same space. All I can say is if you are... read more
My cousin & I had to clean out her storage unit today and we had such a great experience with Tom. He warmly greeted us, cancelled her account very quickly, escorted us to the unit, and advised us on how to proceed. It was an really simple process and he treated us with such kindness. It was a bit of a difficult process for my cousin and he was gracious and compassionate. And he laughed at all of my irreverent jokes. :-)
