The rate has almost tripled in less than a year. Not providing extra service, just price gouging.
Called this facility as I needed to rent a unit. Talked to a guy named Dan who was extremely rude. I asked simple questions and was overly nice to him despite his terrible attitude. Costed the company my business. Terrible customer service.
My rate has more than doubled in the last 6 months. They have very deceptive business practices. The same unit is listed on their website for a lower price than the $300 / mo they just jacked my rate up to. Stay away.
