I would NEVER rent from this location !!!!! I rented a unit in September and pre-paid until October-- needless to say 1 month after I was in there my unit was broken into !!!! YES I HAVE PICTURES !!!! I waited 7 days for them to fix the hole that was created. NO CAMERAS , NO SECURITY AT ALL AT THIS FACILITY !!!!! I moved out when I went back to my unit the first of September and found yet another attempted break in-- this time two seperate holes on the bottom of the unit.Asked for a refund for September since it was vandalis... read more
Initially the service was fantastic. The price was good the location was convenient and the woman at the counter was very courteous. However I needed after hours access and I was told that my code would be good passed the 9 PM deadline. I showed up with a truck full of storage with movers and was unable to gain access. Apparently she forgot to give me access for 24 hours. Now I am stuck having to pay another day of the movers and an additional storage fee from them.
