Renter beware! They raise rents constantly taking advantage of your autopay. Do not store your items here! They have raised my rent 3 times in less than two years, by 15%, 24% and 18%. My rent went from $465/month in 5/23 to $828/month now. Outrageous!
This 4star review is about the customer service and not the facility itself. Bobby is the only reason why. I was very disappointed with the way this storage facility operates: no light in the unit, rate increases and lacking maintenance of critical infrastructure (elevator). However, the customer service provided by Bobby of above and beyond. She deserves a lot of credit, as well as a pay raise (DO YOU HEAR ME PIBLIC STORAGE?!
