I was very disappointed with the way this storage facility operates: no light in the unit, rate increases and lacking maintenance of critical infrastructure (elevator). I want to say a huge thank you to Josephine, since I moved to Novato public storage, she has always helped customers solve problems. She always listens carefully and treats requests with understanding! Not many people nowadays have such qualities as the ability to listen and help, even if this is part of the duties of a clerk.
