4 year customer gets no respect I will never ever do business with any Public Storage especially the location at 31505 Groesbeck Hwy in Fraser, MI. I was out of the country back in May 2008 and forgot to pay my bill as invoices are never sent out, and even though I had been a customer for 4+ years and was late one time paying only, I still had managed to call their number to tell them I would be back 8 days after the due date leaving a message on their local voicemail system.
