Absolutely terrible. While the staff is somewhat professional, it only hides the fact that they will lock you out and throw your stuff out the moment you are a few days behind on payment, no matter what the issue is. If you are 3 weeks behind, they will "dispose" of your items without trying the least bit to work with you. If you can't find any other storage places and are desperate, use this place as a last resort, but don't keep anything of value here.
