I had a unit there since 2013 and finally moved out all of my stuff this month. For the first 3 years I didn't have a problem with my stuff in the unit until I went there a couple of months ago and found that rats had chewed through my stuff and my boyfriends things. And then just yesterday 12/3/16 my sister n law found a dead rat in one of my dresser drawers. Your storage company needs to better equip your units with rat bait or something. DO NOT USE THIS RIP OFF BUSINESS, LADY WHO WORKED WITH US DID EVERYTHING WRONG,THEY TOOK $125.00 OF MY MONEY, I ENDED UP WITH NO RENTAL UNIT , I'M STILL TRYING TO GET MY REFUND. I HAVE CONTACTED MY ATTORNEY AND WE ARE GOING TO SUE THEM . STAY AWAY FROM THESES CROOKS.
Omg! I wish we could give them more than 5 stars!!!! :-) the gentleman behind the counter was EXTREMELY helpful, kind and honest! We would DEFINITELY recommend them to friends and family!
