Today my unit had my lock replaced Ken is a total jerk and will not help me find out if anything was stolen or placed into my unit. He knew about this since nine and would not call me when district manager was at the property. He makes it impossible to speak highly of this place. I love the people at 6th and Sheridan and the others at 6th ave frontage road 5600 W. 6th ave?
One word: DECEIVERS. I spent one month at this place, and I've come to discover that the people at Public Storage are probably the biggest liars you will ever encounter. The first lie they tell you is that you can get your first month of storage for only $1. Every Public Storage facility I've seen boasts this. Is it true? Hell no. I am pretty unhappy with this company, and their politics. I have caught 2 late fees ($100 dollars worth) since comming back. Sorry I did! I'm the kind that pays 6 months at a time. So I set up auto pay to avoid late fees, and how do they reward me?????by jacking my rate up $25/month....I'be had it with this arrogant company, and their Jackass employees!
