I am absolutely appalled by how I’ve been treated by Public Storage. Before I even submitted my identification, I personally spoke with the general manager and made it clear that I am disabled and would have difficulty coming in during office hours. Check-in and moving into the unit was seamless. Public Storage has their facility updated to make entering the property hands off (app verification) and making your belonging secure (code to enter building). For the price, I would pay twice as much for the service I have received.
Just look at how the company responds to the positive reviews, and absolutely ignores and refuses to comment on the negative reviews. This in and of itself should tell you something. I have a unit I lost due to a death in the family. I spent storage unit rent on a plane ticket to attend the funeral. When I called to negotiate paying, the office answered one time.
