Chera and staff were so professional and helped me figure out how to transfer to a smaller unit. Chera walked with me to show me the best unit sizes and it was lovely chatting with her. Thank you for answering my questions and helping me feel at ease in a stressful process!
I remain so grateful to the staff at my location. They do lock checks every day and I have either left my unit door open or keys in the locks. I have been lucky that nothing has been taken, and I know it is to the quick action of staff to contact and notify me.
I had a logistical problem with my unit. Sean and Russel went over and above to help me get it resolved. They were awesome and made the process very simple.
