The new owners are very unorganized . my name has been off of this storage for 6mos it belongs to my son and cheryle wasn't going to let him in to his storage even after he made a payment. she called me I informed her again my name has been off for 6months it my sons she was rude and Hung up the phone on me And threatened to evict my son from his storage if he didn't pay for it lol but wouldn't let him in... Was told upon rental of the unit that I would be prorated for the month I leave the unit. Signed up on the 25th paid a full month. 4 months later I am leaving the unit on the first to find out I must pay the full month. Very poorly handled situation. Misleading and very disrepectul as I was given false information. Will tell as many people as I can to avoid this place. Pick a different place to store your things. The unit itself was good.
Awsome place, management is nice. The employees are freindly.
