I’m happy with my storage unit, but if I hadn’t received the stellar customer service that I did, I would’ve looked elsewhere. The gentleman who helped me, I believe his name was Jeff. He was very helpful without any kind of complaint, plus I liked the fact that he is a longtime local to the area.
