Jeff is great manager
I’m happy with my storage unit, but if I hadn’t received the stellar customer service that I did, I would’ve looked elsewhere. The gentleman who helped me, I believe his name was Jeff. He was very helpful without any kind of complaint, plus I liked the fact that he is a longtime local to the area. We had a great experience with Jeff at Public Storage. We are moving from a house to an apartment so we needed extra storage space. He was very helpful and accommodating and accompanied us to our new storage space and showed us how to access it. We were very grateful for his help.
