Pshhhhh I started renting at $67 a month then price went up to $88 which is no big deal that’s cool. Now all of a sudden it’s $107 a month and only have access to it 6am-9pm and they tell you there’s no cameras... metro storage on Van born is $100 a month we’re parking is on concrete not grass and 24 hour access and cameras recording at all times...
First complaint is for today, January 8th, 2018. I went with my mom to assist her to put all her Christmas decorations back into her storage unit, and the snow was not cleared, as this is NOT the first time we've had to go through the snow to get to her unit. Had I not been able to assist her, she would not be able to have gotten into her unit. Shame on you guys.. and let's not forget to mention, not only do lack on snow maintenance, but the rent has gone up a lot too. Something needs to improve asap. Not sure if it's just p... read more
DO NOT STORE HERE, NOT SECURE. I wish I could give them negative stars. I had a carhauling trailer with a car on it stored here. On October 20, 2013 someone broke though the fence, broke 2 locks off the trailer, unstrapped the car and took off with the trailer. The car ended up somewhere between there and the road out front. It took 6 hours after opening time in the morning for them to figure out that my trailer was missing, and in the mean time they had the car towed by the police.
