I haven’t hade a bad experience with them at all they are really friendly
Very disappointed with my experience at this Public Storage location. Many of our belongings were damaged because they got wet while in storage. We trusted that our items would be kept in a safe, dry environment, but unfortunately that was not the case. Some of our personal belongings suffered water damage, causing a great deal of stress and frustration. I hope management takes steps to prevent this from happening to other customers.
I had a great experience with plubic storage. The facility was clean, secure, and easy to access. The staff, Shy, was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The rental process was simple, and I appreciated how well-maintained the property was. Overall, I would recommend Public Storage to anyone looking for a convenient and reliable storage solution.
