I am always impressed with Public Storage. They are my "go-to" for storage needs. However, it's employees like Shy who make the experience so seamless. Not many places, and certainly no other public storage facility, has a more knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, and patient person working for them like her. This location is clean and well maintained. The property manager, Shy is amazing, great customer service and very knowledgeable. I also like the great prices Public storage have.
I haven’t hade a bad experience with them at all they are really friendly
Very disappointed with my experience at this Public Storage location. Many of our belongings were damaged because they got wet while in storage. We trusted that our items would be kept in a safe, dry environment, but unfortunately that was not the case. Some of our personal belongings suffered water damage, causing a great deal of stress and frustration. I hope management takes steps to prevent this from happening to other customers.
