It was horrible. I will never use them again and I will blog and spread the word. The manager at the time kayla told me she understood my situation, she had my back....she quit, then Im hit with a lien n late fees which she said she wouldn't apply. I tried telling Jackie-mean- my situation but they auctioned off all my personal possessions, most of which can never be replaced.
