I'm not generally a fan of Public Storage considering how badly they ripped me off and literally sold my stuff with no notice but that's another story. This location is clean, the onsite manager is very nice. It's affordable. What more can I say....
Ehh, when I first came, I wasn’t given a tour or anything. It was obvious the employee didn’t want to get out of her chair. The second interaction, the lady was walking around harassing people and even tried to say I didn’t log in. Then she told me something wouldn’t fit in my storage, even though I had already taken it out of my storage. Honestly, if I could, I definitely would move my things somewhere else.

Sarah, at Citrus Heights address has to be one of the most pleasant people I have ever been attended by. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient, and appears to be one of the treasured “can-do” types of people who *will* get things done for you and the company both.
