Raised my rate over 30% in the first year.Just got ANOTHER rate increase! That' is 2 in 12 months! Had a homeless guy living in one of the units I had a run in with, which the office girl denied. Ceiling of the hallway where my unit was leaked water for weeks without being repaired. Kristi the office person referenced above has 0 skill/instinct for dealing/working with people. The most stressful storage company I have ever dealt with. First the price went up after a couple months without informing me. No one is ever there to answer the phone or doors. The only time you’ll receive customer service is if you have a balance due. Now I moved out the storage 11/01. My storage was listed as vaccine same day and I had no access to the codes.
