The past month I have been asking for assistance on withholding my storage fee I will be more than happy to pay half but due to being out of work cuz of the Coronavirus they could not accommodate me and this is coming from Brian from headquarters which I spoke with him and he would waive the late fee what is that going to do no one's working no money is coming in every other place will work with everyone that's out of work but Public Storage will not I'm very disappointed the way this company is ran. I had placed a reservation for a storage unit at this location. I received a confirmation email saying to make sure to make it to the office 30 minutes before closing. I arrived to the office 30 minutes before closing with my one year old daughter in my arms. There were two employees working and both informed me that they could not do the paperwork in 30 minutes so I would have to come back. Rude, Lazy and ignorant....
