I cannot say enough great things about Kim! She worked with me on my storage unit rent as much as she could to help me keep it until I could make it down there since we no longer live in that area. While we were there, she was able to help me transfer into a smaller more affordable unit for the items I was unable to bring back with me. She really cares about helping people as much as she can!
