Kim at Public Storage is AMAZING!!! She is so friendly, helpful and just an absolute pleasure to deal with. She always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of and you can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. Great customer service is so hard to come by these days, so when you get it, it definitely deserves to be recognized. Public Storage has a good one with Kim! Thank you so so much for always taking such great care of me!
Blessings too the little lady that works the Mt Veiw location she ALWAYS has a smile on her face and very knowledgeable when have questions it's refreshing when you come across pleasant people.
I just want to say how much this facility has helped me whenever I needed their assistance. Kim in particular is one of the nicest kindest, most helpful amazing people I have met. I've been battling cancer and she has so much compassion as well as this this facility with my payments if you ever need a storage facility, please go to this facility on Mountain View Rd. they have hearts and they're kind and it's a great place to store all of your items. Remember to ask for Kim best customer service ever
Pam was amazing throughout the entire storage rental process. She was friendly, professional, and made everything easy from start to finish. She took the time to explain all the options, answered every question I had, and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision.
