I've been storing my commercial truck at this Public Storage location for a while, and I wanted to recognize the new property manager, Antoinette. I recently had an issue where my access to the property was unexpectedly cut off, and she stepped in and helped me get it resolved right away. She also made sure my payment issue was corrected and the refund was processed. Excellent service! You should make an appointment if you need to meet with the staff but Brent is very kind and always makes sure I can have an appointment!
