Excellent service and experience
I had a very frustrating experience with Public Storage. I signed a contract on January 4th at $99/month, which felt fair at the time. Less than four months later, I received notice that my rent is being increased to $150/month. That’s a huge jump in a very short period, and it feels misleading to offer a low rate upfront only to raise it so quickly. I would strongly recommend asking detailed questions about rate increases before signing, because this experience left me feeling like I was misled.
