Sarita was extremely horrible to deal with. She needs to take her nasty attitude to another location...certainlly not on the Northshore! How bout the West side of Chicago where it's acceptable??

I can't believe what this place did! We reserved a unit in early November for early December. We received confirmation of pricing, and a scheduled time to arrive and sign paperwork. We arrived on time on the date of move-in, and were told that no units were available. She also said when a unit did come available, she wouldn't honor the price to which we'd agreed when the reservation was made. She didn't offer me an option, and refused to accept responsibility for giving away my reserved unit to someone else. What if I'd had ... read more
I went in for boxes and a very sweet employee Carole came to help me she was very nice and helpful. I know to go here if I need anything else. Very good employee
