Paid my bill on line as I always do. Been with them for about a year. If I ever was late on a payment they received their payment before the 23rd of the following month. Today I made my payment, went to the storage unit to only be told that they have auction off my unit. They stated their due date policy change which I was never made aware of and now everything I owned is gone including all my kids memories. Unit was broken into. Lock was cut. Property manager, Kim, was as cold as ice. No apologies, no sorry for your loss, not even an offer to pay for the cut lock!!! Place is dirty, and A/C isn't efficient. Previous owners kept it pristine & cool. This gal is moving out, & moving on. Thanks, Kim!!!
Excellent customer service Mrs.Gloria is fantastic she greets me evert time she see me makes me feel right at home. I want to deal with anybody else.
