Always doing construction or remodels on premises I guess that's why the rent goes up but still recommend 100%

I had 2 Units at this location for over a year. They replaced the roof on our building without notice causing over$15,000 in damages to our property. They made no effort to assist with clean up or even open the dumpster for us to throw away the tonnage of rusty metal debris, dust, rat shit and god knows what else they dumped into our units. They informed me to contact Orange Door Insurance knowing fully that their negligence was not covered by that insurance.
