I just wanna start by saying everyone has their own experiences and mines was great here. I had quite a few units at numerous location and Melissa was absolutely amazing helping me process. She was very helpful, by going above and beyond to process everything. She made this process painless as possible. I will recommend public storage to everyone because of her and few other members.
