Had no issues with utilizing this public storage location, when calling in for assistance with move out, Jason the current manager was a great help as well as on move out day. The biggest reason we are moving out of this storage place is because after 6 months I was notified that the monthly rent was jumping from $200 to $278 a month. Something that wasn’t explicitly stated upon renting a unit. Otherwise everything else was fine.
I have had the upmost pleasure and respect for Jason at the Smokey Point public storage and will be a customer for years to come and he needs props
