5/18/26 Update: I had a business unit here years ago, but I recently returned as a private customer and manager Nikki was outstanding. Super helpful, knowledgable, and really on top of everything. The facility and my possessions are definitely in great hands! Clean new facility, great staff!

I had a great experience with Suzanne at Public Storage. There was a mix-up with my reservation, as I was initially told that the storage space I paid for was a small room, but it turned out to be a locker. Suzanne stepped in right away and was incredibly helpful in resolving the issue. She took the time to understand my needs and quickly arranged for me to be moved into a storage space that was more suitable.
