I needed help with billing and email changes to my account. Went to the State Rd.7 office in Wellington where I was helped by Veronica. She was great and very courteous and made my experience at Public Storge productive and posiitive.
Loaded our entire car of things we were going to store and then planned on retrieving some holiday decor. Get to the facility and the door sign says that the door to enter is broken so no entry. We call and are passed around to four different people - no one can help us and not a soul on site. We were told we were getting connected with property manager but it certainly wasn’t.
