Public Storage bought the storage facility I have my stuff stored in. I have had nothing but trouble since they did two months ago. Excellent Customer Service! – GREAT service from friendly owners Ken & Nicole Fitzgerald - I have been really impressed with their focus on providing excellent customer service. Great follow-up, clean and safe facility, service with a smile, AND they are community-minded, as demonstrated by their ongoing fundraising events and activities for local nonprofits. I would recommend Southern Self Storage at this location to anyone. You won't be disappointed. (OH, and their prices are reasonable, too.)
Best Customer Service – My husband and I have always used the same storage company but when they refused to work with our budget (after being excellent customers for years) we looked elsewhere. Not only did Southern Self Storage work with my budget but the customer service was above anything I expected! We left there feeling like VIPs! I highly recommend this company to anyone, personal or business for all your storage needs! Fantastic customer service!
