Worst customer service! After being verbally sassed by a rep, she then refused to provide her name or someone else I could speak with. After refusing to give her name she then refused to talk and held me on the line for 5 min in complete silence and then transferred me to a 2nd person who then also was very rude. I am horrified. When I called the local office they said that there is no record of speaking to this women. She never left a notation in the computer most likely to not get caught being a jerk. Don't do it. They have you over a barrel and are more than willing to let go of the line and let you fall without even a second thought. I know it's a business, but I am so sick and tired of these places saying, "sorry, we can't" when what they really mean is "screw you, we won't."
