Recently, had purchased a store unit here. My wife may be online reservations. Miscommunication, most likely on my part.I ended up getting an indoor unit that was too small. With the help from Tiffany she was able to get me a slightly larger outdoor access unit that satisfied all of my storage needs for not much more cost than the original unit. Thanks again to the staff at public storage.
I just got my second unit with them through the call center and in doing it that way you dont get eyes on it first and mostakes can be made. Not to fear 🦸♀️ Tiffany has saved the day once again. She has been extremely helpful and make sure that any interuptions are taken care of. Moving is already stressful so its nice to have someone looking out!
