Public Storage would not send us an email confirming that they owe us money but they sent me four emails asking for a Google review. So here it is. To say the last 72 hours have been a nightmare, would be an understatement. I made the mistake of reserving a unit here. And the second mistake of giving my bank information. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE Very predatory practices. I rented a unit for 30 days, from June 26th to July 25th. On July 1st, I was auto-charged for the remainder of the month. I was told this would be refunded if I moved out before the 25th. I moved out early, and I was not refunded. In addition, I was told that if I returned my lock, I would be refunded.
