Rented a unit at 9:40 am this morning. Loaed up my truck and showed up at facility at 12:15 pm spent over 45 minutes trying to get in. Gate code doesn't work property manager doesn't answer the phone or respond to voice-mails and app doesn't work. After 45 minutes of going through every prompt on their automated system I finally got to speak to a person. Had to choose the option of renting a new space. Then they spent ten minutes trying to reset my code with no success. I finally had to cancel my space as I couldn't gain acc... read more
