We were there for almost a year. Over the last 4 months, I have smelled a foul odor every time I visited the storage facility and a dead rat in my unit. I’ve complained multiple times and was refunded one month of rent bc of the dead rat in the unit a couple of months ago. I still see no improvement in pest control and took pictures of multiple rats at the facility. I’ve moved my items to another storage company. It's secure even if it is a PITA to enter your personal security code every time you go in the door and up the elevator. Changing my review due to problems my son had. A pipe burst during a freeze, and the majority of my son's stuff got ruined, including his expensive mattressthat he had wrapped in plastic his sofa, and a few other items. He got 0 help from public storage, trying to do his claim. He had an outdoor the 1st floor unit. My unit was on the third floor inside.
