Moved in last month. My goal was to move everything out of my 4’ X 10’ by today. But I still had a few things that I couldn’t get into my car. So I downsized to 5’ X 5’. The transition was so smooth and the lady at the front desk is always so friendly as well as helpful.
5 stars! The team at this Public Storage location was extremely helpful and made the whole process quick and easy. Great customer service from Doug — highly recommend!
We’ve had a unit at this location for almost 2 years and recently just moved to a larger unit…long story short Wenona made what became a complicated transfer (computer error) very easy for us!! She was determined to get it done and I so appreciate her follow-thru!! There’s something so satisfying in trusting the employees to know how to efficiently do their job—and being right to. :)
Consolidated several units into a centrally located Denver unit. Two months in they JACKED up the rate 20%! They wasted my time and my man hours to relocate. Furthermore, the moving carts were often locked up with no attendant in the office. This company is absolutely fuct - customer service is non-existent. Hot dog water! Do NOT recommend! There are several other options in Metro Denver!!!!
