Disgusted by the way they treat their customers! The lack of responsibility. NEVER NEVER NEVER COME HERE!!! Don’t waste your money on a company who doesn’t care if something gets stolen. They brush it off like nothing.
The customer service level, cleanliness, and level of professionalism given at the 84th and Pecos location was completely above and beyond! A huge thank you to Deb for all you did to help me out. I will absolutely continue to store my things with Public Storage because of her excellent care. Highly recommend this facility!
In checking out the competition, public storage seems to have the best pricing. The location that im using is off of 84th and Pecos. There property is convenient as far as location for me. Even if location wasn't the most important I believe I would still do business with this location being that I received the best service from Deb. She did an amazing job at asking questions to really understand my needs, was patient and took the time to address my concerns, and really put the cherry on top when she suggested ways to save m... read more
