So I called in at the beginning of September to ask if they Pro-Rate rent as I would no longer need my storage for the whole month. and Tyson “The General Manager” told me no they do not pro rate. Which I was fine with so I ask him how long I have to pay it and he clearly stated I have up until the 7th of every month. I go in and pay my bill on the morning of the 7th. Rough start! 24 hours before my move in I was told they no longer had a unit for me. After reaching out to the district manager he offered resolution. This was in the form of a larger unit at a discounted price. It’s now time for my first payment and I was changed the fill incorrect rate! I reached out to the property and 48 hours later no response! I have again reached out the the DM and am awaiting response. Do not choose this location or brand for storage.
