I have had wonderful customer service experiences with Stephanie. She has gone above and beyond to support me transferring units to a smaller unit, as I did not need my larger unit. She was communicative, helpful, did her best to help me out and completely understood the process and made it seamless. I highly recommend this facility and, working with Stephanie.

The best experience I’ve had, hands-down, with any storage facility in the Bay Area, and I’ve used maybe 9 or 10 over the last 25 yrs. Mainly because Stephanie is the real deal. I always would see her around, sweeping or checking on the premises. Always available. Once I had a door jam and she came within five minutes. She just really cared about doing a good job for her customers. And a good person too.

Stephanie was great helping me outside normal business hrs to find my parking space and ensure my truck was parked safely. She was prompt and helped terminate my contract with no questions or hassles over the phone. The facility itself is well maintained and very well secured from the outside world. I felt my truck was safe there. I reccomend.

Stephanie, the property manager, is friendly and proactive. She saw that my small space was filling up and let me know when a larger unit was available. She walks the property daily and the other staff do as well. This is a well-managed property.
