I have ‘reserved’ a unit from this place but decided I no longer needed a few days before my move in date. During reservation, they required my credit card information, which I gave. Then I was charged over 50 dollars or so even though they advertise the unit costs 1 dollar. Then, when I tried to cancel my reservation, there was no option to do that through the app. I called their customer service line. Reps I spoke on the line were helpful, but they still charged me the $29 admin fee even though this was just a reservation!... read more
8/16/26 Update: Still no working elevators. No staff on site. No call back from anyone. Such an infuriating customer service experience. 8/6/26 Update: I was finally able to get through to a voicemail box and left a message asking if and when the elevators would be working again. My message was never returned. The live chat on the official website was also of no help.
