I use PUBLIC STORAGE in McLean VA for almost 20 years. I have only good comments to make it. CLEAN, SECURE, THE BEST ATTENDANCE. I think is enough
Excellent experience at Public Storage in Spring Hill, McLean. Antonio was wonderful. He showed us the unit, explained everything clearly and in detail, and made the whole process easy and straightforward. He was very knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. Highly recommended!
Location is very convenient but price for my unit jumped up 35% with no explanation.
I rented a unit here for a few years during which time the unit went from like $50 to $222??? It makes 0 sense. The same unit is now back up for $60. If you’re enrolled in autopay, make sure you’re checking your monthly statements. I’m not sure why the price has gone up 4x here when any time I’ve come here, the elevator is down, no one is ever in the office to help during their so called business hours, no one answers the phones or returns messages. There’s nothing here to justify the increase in rent
