This company is pure garbage. After you are all moved in they will change your monthly plan and incease your rate. Want to know what the reason the District Manager Curtis Heinz says why? "Because we can". Yes. I will be removing my belongings ASAP and never using this company again. What awful customer service!

Yesterday I visited one of their facilities, requesting their services but they refused me for not having a state ID or an American passport. I was not born in the United States of North America but I live here legally. I have rights so I proceeded to offer them my temporary ID because I do not have The permanent and the clerk took me said go outside I felt attacked I felt diminished morally I did not think that I should be an American to request his services
