I live nearby this storage company and they are awful neighbors. They have a group of homeless people living on their property (see photo) that make my family feel unsafe. The squatters have access to the public areas of the storage unit through a broken fence and access to their campground through my neighborhood. I have called numerous times to try and speak with the manager who is never there and "will return my call" I have even enlisted other businesses nearby who also call the manager and they have all had the same exp... read more
RecommendedI have moved a lot and have rented a number of storage lockers across the US, this is by far my favorite hands down. The facility is like new, very clean, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!
Moved my belongings into a storage unit on March 12. I was told this payment took care of the first two months. Instead, I just got a bill due APRIL FIRST for $231, over $40 more than what I signed up for. They were aware that as a disabled veteran on a fixed income, the monthly payment was especially important to me. I have submitted a complaint with the state's consumer protection agency, their parent company, and more federal agencies to come. This is egregious and should result in penalties.
Ridiculously overcharged for a unit that wasn’t even the size I requested! Shame on me for not paying attention when I first rented it. And don’t move out anytime before the first because you won’t get a credit! Of course the property manager can’t do anything, it’s corporates deal. Likely story. Customer service needs a bit of help too!
