Wish I could give 0 stars! Avoid this place at all costs. For starters, there is never an actual property manager on-site. One employee, Shay, manages multiple locations, so if you have an issue, you have to schedule an appointment just to speak with someone. HER customer service and communication were extremely disappointing. If there is a way to give them no stars I would have. I wanted to cancel the service for lack of support, increasing fees without notices or improvements. I went there on multiple occasions and called a few times without any replies. I left voice messages to manager but no reply. I had emptied the unit and cleaned it. Idiots recently decided to power wash the units for no reason not telling anyone and have no clue what there doing getting paint all over the stuff I have stored inside the units
