Lauren is an outstanding service representative. She is friendly, kind and helpful without being insincere. She is very hands on and her attention to details show in her workplace. She was concerned with the cleanliness of the unit, which I thought was spotless and went to get me a cart to make unloading my car easier. She made me feel at ease with the entire process. She is an asset to your team for sure. You are so lucky to have such a valuable employee!
