Erica was extremely helpful and friendly when I locked myself out of my vehicle while at this location. She not only brought me out a chair, but offered beverages while waiting. Extremely efficient and safe property. There are 2 dolly’s in each building to assist you. Would recommend this place to anyone in the area!

She found me the exact storage size I was looking for and got me signed up easily and quickly. Most of my belongings were damaged due to a serious rodent infestation at the Mahopac Public Storage location (Facility #08189, Unit 1109). There were droppings, urine, and chew marks throughout the unit and on stored items. I also observed gaps/openings in the structure and between adjacent units that appeared to allow rodents access. These risks were never discussed when I rented the unit. The claims process afterward was extremely frustrating.
