I reserved a drive up space online for $173.00. I received a confirmation email. Two days later I received a new email confirmation that changed my reservation to an upstairs unit for $171.00. I called and spoke with the manager and said that I didn't want an upstairs unit, that I reserved and wanted the drive up unit. She said that she would check and call me back. She never did.
