Ms. Francis is the absolute best. She’s friendly, patient and was very helpful with finding the storage unit that best fit my needs. I’ve been working with her now for a few years and it’s always been a delight interacting with her. She makes the experience a 5/5. I gave an overall three stars because Public Storage frequently increases their rates. I’ve been in my unit for less than 5 months and it’s already increasing by $50. Moving can be such a stressful process, we reserved a unit online but when we arrived we had questions. Frances was so awesome in answering our questions and concerns about having a storage unit. She was amazing and deserves a raise! 5 starts for her alone. We will probably have this until for at least a year and look forward to seeing her when we need to pop in. This place is convenient and so needed for us.
