Great service! Francis in the front is so kind and helpful!
I have a great experience here. I moved my things out today and the storage manager Francis was very helpful 10/10 experience
I needed a storage unit immediately, it was an emergency. Ms Frances came to the rescue and saved the day ! Her customer service skills are exceptional , she was so kind and helpful and it felt like I was talking to a friend . I I'm so happy I chose this location and was helped by Miss Frances . And I would highly recommend this location and ask for Miss Francis.
I was in need of a storage unit , I went to the location on Kirkwood Highway the manager Frances was on duty as always greeting with a smile. But this time she didn't have the size unit I needed, but she directed me to the next nearest location. And then she helped me to secure the unit Thanks Frances for your service
