Getting a unit was super fast, and the facility is very very clean, air conditioned, secure. I had the pleasure of being helped by Miss Rachel who was an angel. Would highly recommend to everyone who needs storage space.
Rachel was very helpful when I had an issue with my unit she help me with a smile on her face so far amazing service
In the end it's always about the people. Despite a massive shut down of the facilities blue tooth system, Rachel was there to explain everything, keep us calm and remind us that the simple ways to do things will never let us down (like you have a key code that will always work that we just don't remember!!!). Thanks Rachel!
