Worst storage company that exists, if you want your possessions protected. The tenant of the unit behind mine, knocked a section of the wall separating our two units. Crushed a section of the wall causing it to collapse into my unit and destroy family heirloom antiques. I had purchased the highest limit P.S. insurance policy they sold. I tried to file a claim and the rep said it is not covered. That that type of damage is not in the included causes or the not included causes, therefore my claim was denied. Thus far I am very disappointed in my experience with public storage. I was told when I reserved my 10x10 storage unit that the price would be $25 to move in - $1 for the first month and $24 for an administrative fee. I ended up having to spend about $55 to move in. When I confronted the storage manager about this, I was told I had to pay for a special kind of lock for my unit, insurance, and another fee which was not previously mentioned.
