I booked a unit on the evening of 9/28 and could not access my unit. I called during business hours on 9/29 and explained the situation and was told I would receive a refund for everything but the $29 admin fee. 11 days later no refund, so I called again and was told my refund wasn’t approved. They are apparently submitting my refund request again. But to be told I’d be refunded and then not receive it and be denied without a word is not right. Extra space storage gave me a full refund one time I was in the same situation.
Dee is delightful! Nice experience today getting my rental unit at this location. I needed short term storage and no pressure so this was a good option. Nothing fancy but the place seems secure. Just bring a flashlight for the indoor units. Hallways are bright but units aren't well lit.
She were great and so helpful... yes she were!!!
